No water supply ~

A sudden water supply shut down was started last night. I hardly had a good shower.
This morning i manage to brush my teeth, wash my face n clean my toilet after urinate. :(Even stomach ache oso have to go hospital and had it done before working...)
Disaster...whole kuantan is involved in this radiculuos disaster !!!
tomorrow will be the 2nd day...duno how can i survive. Help me~

It has been months i live without a proper or clear vision. Living in pathetic i will say. After Piow moves back to Hospital Pekan's quarter staying with his friends, i would really plan my life again. I have lost a lot meaningful moment and precious time begging a man to look at me and pamper me, instead of playing his online game. (Dear friends, im not a nagging nanny alwiz keen on complaining, but u duno my piow....)
So silly, i should have spent time fruitfully. SO many plans flying in my head now. Im sad yet excited. Sad for i will be lonely again(not really la); Excited for i could study more, play more and enjoy more. Here are my plans:
1. To read a topic of my interest (pharmacy) everyday which is always my passion.
2. To learn my Japanese language all over again
3. To have more outing, meet more friends :) Wen, dun blame me for isolating la...im jz lazy :P
4. To meditate more (With Dota sound here, i can't meditate...)
5. To exercise more..i gain bumper around my waist :P

So pathetic i feel for myself all these while as i will alwiz think...
1. where to go TOGETHER later ah?
2. what to eat TOGETHER later ah?
3. How to make him spend time with me ah?
when ppl has never ever shifted his eyes away from computer.

I should have thought...
1. How to make MYSELF happier ar?
2. When to meet MY friends ar?

心情很糟，肚子很涨，胃口很差，肚皮很鼓，腰围变粗……
吃bisacodyl 似乎已没舍作用。
我热爱泄肚子。来呀感觉，我要的只是搅肚子的快感！！

I find it interesting while writing the 25 notes about me. I face difficulties starting up but eventually find difficulties stopping. hahaha...Tag my frens and get some feedback. I learn something from those who write the notes too.
I find up what is about me, clearer but this is the time when i sit down i think what is exactly ME.
I have to summarize in 5.
1. Im obsessed by my inability in swimming, singing and dancing as well as...uncontrolled weight gaining.
2. Im confident about my ability in TALKING and Public relation.
3. I hope to have a lot of money, to have my dream house.
4. I have no idea about my future, to stay in government or to go to commercial line?
5. I complain alot by mouth, but i contented by heart. Im quite happy for my life. :)

This is how my dry kitchen(dining area) will be...I'm wondering about the choice of fan and the featured wall. I plan to put it a green wall with picture and lighting.

however no sink for me to wash my mouth when my conservative and stubborn dad has decided to cut off the water supply there and now he regrets.hahaha... i can predict too.

Same thing applies to the car porch, he expands the car porch putting more tiles and reduces the "GREEN" area , now he regrets. Thanks to the stubborn too.

Working on new house

Currently i'm busy helping my parents for the renovation of "our" new house.hehe...paiseh, i didnt contribute a cent but i did buy a built in Microwave costs RM900+.
I have met the designer, paint company, and i shop a lot for furniture, lighting and electric devices. So far, i did a lot of window shopping, comparing price and choosing my preference. It will definitely costs a lot, so "heart ache" for my parents' wallet!!

My room, after discussion with my designer that i need to cut down budget.I come out with a quite reasonable draft.

牛年人缘差？
发了几封信息给自认很要好的朋友，没有回复。我希望是他们电话没电，忘记回复，出远门没带电话……不是因为我只是用来填补空缺的朋友。
我自认是个有福同享有难同当的人，虽然我不会时常出来喝茶喝酒，但如果朋友有难我义不容辞。

新年小聚会

昨天和中学同学聚会，在关丹EAST COAST MALL， BLACK CANYON RESTAURANT.
谈得很愉快，大家依然那么投契。Jenny, Sulin (Quek) 和巧意是我中学的“快乐党员 ”（HAPPYMATES)
很羡慕大家都飞来飞去旅游，似乎有用不完的钱。Quek 常年在墨尔本；巧意在韩国完成硕士，去了4个月欧洲自由行，明天和QUEK 去2个星期日本自由行；JENNY 在首都工作，但常年旅游，瑞士澳洲柬埔寨泰国……
很享受听他们的经验，在facebook看他们的照片。人生不过如此，多游历多见闻啊！好开心，我的梦想也是环游世界，嘻！
很羡慕，是我太吝啬，太穷，还是太看不开？总觉得工作拿不了那么多假期，上司不喜欢，钱不够多，时间不够~
有时候，我觉得大家好像距离远了，因为你说的我真的不懂……觉得自己很低下层。
有时候，我总觉我不是有钱人，我只是穷人。自卑咯~
然，羡慕的另一面，我依然珍惜着这群真心的好朋友，不虚假，不牟利，不自私。希望下次再聚！！谢谢你们~

It's time for Chien Hoon's wedding ceremony.1pm sharp.
It's 110pm,we are still at home, you are still playing DOTA. From 1230pm i have started to remind you the time, 10min by 10min.You simply utter,"a bit more, let me finish the game first", "it's still early, no need to go so early, everyone late..."
I prepare everything, dress up, start the car engine and shout crazily in the locked car.."why???"
U know i hate people crazily gaming, u know i hate to be late; and now the best thing is you crazily gaming and make me late. Can't u be a bit of reasonable? Can't u stop speaking foul languauge when gaming and sighing loud and slam my laptop the hardest you can? It's my beloved daddy's present to me. It's not" if next year got high bonus u buy another 1 back..."it's different.
There is because a lot of people under the sky keep thinking the same way like u, chinese wedding ceremony is always a delay. Why must u drag me in your group??
If u read my blog like others do, u know im really in disappointment.

最近过日子的方式不外是写写文章，上msn，看youtube，不管你有没有在，你在你也不懂我再做什么。扑在电脑前，听动力火车看王力宏玩乐器唱歌，听蔡健雅的“达尔文”，看费德勒打网球，沉醉在才子才女的世界里，消磨时间填补空虚：呵…世界上还有让人觉得幸福的声音哪~”

Green and Gold Tour

We boarded Green and Gold Tour with $95 per head.
Our first destination was the Super Rock lookout, the rock was in a shape of elephant. View is nice, camera has low batt is bad.have to save...

cool...cool...

Second destination was the Currumbin Wildlife sanctuary.

In Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we feed Loriket (it hurts!) and the kangaroos~~Koala the lazy cute cuddy creatures are really adorable...wish to have 1 haha.After that, we crossed the road to SuperBee where we watch the bee liveshow and bought some honey.
The Tambourine mountain was a nice place to shop for souvenirs and i just loved the atmosphere there.We had lunch there.

Can't open my eyes...

We went to the Glow worm cave seeing the mosquito pupa like glow worm in a man made cave. It's amazingly glow and no camera is allowed.
Feeding the duck with bread and finally the winery visit with wine tasting. Camera totally run out of battery.:(

It's the end of the trip, sleepy...tomorrow i will go for a Brisbane city tour ~

最近心里好挣扎，想换工咧~

“公务人员金饭碗哦，药剂师名望高薪水也不错哦，医药领域使命高喔……”
“呐，这里太有满足感了，使命也好强，好开心咧！你几时要请part time告诉我咯~”

每次来这里，和设计师商讨妈妈新家的装修和摆设，心里有着无止境的兴奋。我们总是兴高采烈兴致勃勃地讨论完美的设计超美的灯饰，也同时感叹空间的不允许而放弃的设计。这里我找获聊不完的创意和共识，这里我往往流连忘返，热血沸腾。唯一去限制我天马行空的点子不外是妈妈的钱包。哇咔咔~~XD

好喜欢的摆设

真的真的，从小我就充满艺术细胞，纵使爸妈艺术零蛋，我却浑身流着艺术的血。我喜欢画画喜欢涂鸦喜欢壁画喜欢音乐，爸妈不给我学习音乐只让我学画画，但却好笑地让我在家里涂鸦。

我的天！你懂我现在有多兴奋吗？
我对美有着自己的见解和眼光，我也超爱室内设计。使命感好强，满足感也好棒~
中五后计划去读设计，家人百般阻扰，我毅然跑去中六碰碰运气。运气是挺好，自己也喜欢医药领域（我是理性混合感性的动物），所以很好运的踏进理大。

突然好想转工。想看美美的东西，想为你设计美丽典雅舒服的家，多美好……
医院，你几时可以让我有自主权，几时美美的？几时不必赶ISO？

发泄的语文

不是我把华文变成发泄的语文，只是往往投诉时骂人时，用华文比较传神。当然是因为我英文不行。
最近英文部落写得很勤，因为要表达我的澳洲游；不是因为没东西投诉。投诉的总离不开工作和感情，闷死了。难道女人世界就只有那么两样？
咏雯说不必耿耿于怀标唯一的缺点。天天念同一个问题我也很烦。
我妥协了，但无可否认我纵容了其他衍生出来的可怕缺点。
打游戏机而已，不是沾花染草，不是偷窃诈骗拐带，也不是抽烟喝酒嫖妓，没问题。
谢谢他买了几百块的白金项链给我，作周年礼物，在我吵得无可奈何下。当晚的晚餐也不错。
问题：
1。没有时间观念：约好的早午晚餐或约会，往往要误时。全家得等他一人才能出门。
2。忽略我的肚子需求：用恳求的眼神和口气说多半小时好吗？漠视我有多饿。完成一场游戏是终极目的。不出声，他以为你不饿了，多打一场。“多半小时好吗？”我只好喝奶吃饼干，你玩好了，我气死了，也饱了。谈判？总觉得自己专制，打机而已啊……“莹，你知道我的人很闷，你又是个期待很多的人……”
3。打机一天比拥抱亲吻多：假日，早上起床一二轮，下午饭后一二轮，睡前数不了，因为我睡了他还在打。我的手提电脑迟早爆掉……所以我不喜欢周日，关丹太闷。
4。没有分享：因为标一有空就上网和不认识的人分享打机心得，或快活打机；和他讲话问他意见只有“无声”回应，或依依哦哦。
“嘿，你不要太沉迷啦……”
“没有啦，如果我沉迷，我打championship咯！”
“我宁愿你打比赛，至少有点名气有点钱……”
我想去比赛做职业玩家总比在家一边打机一边问候人家妈妈好。
“不要总怀疑我对你的爱！！！”那请你用心去对待，尤其是我饿的时候。

Child hood day

Movie world. I wish it is bigger, it's a small world with warner bros' classic cartoon characters wandering around.
With my escape pass $ 103 , i get to visit the Sea World and Movie world(or wet wet wild, 2 parks in 3 days, single entry). Again, we hop on the shuttle heading to my dreamland. Here, im only 25 minus 15 years old. excited. Beautiful scene and the cute childish little gal.
I catch some photo with super heroes, bugs bunny, tweety, pussy cats etc.
We go for thrilling ride, the batman spaceshot, superman escape(i didnt try..giddy still post whale watch), spooky scoobydoo coaster(i love this :P), die hard etc....
I cant manage to take photo with batman and catwoman, high demand, so i curi curi snap them from far. hohoho
Our snack is nice....crepe with hot beef and avocado creamy sause etc...
By the way, the Shrek 3 D show is nice too.
At about 4pm, there is a parade by Austin power, all the warner bros cartoon, and the cat woman is joining the parade too.
Why must everyone has big "front view" and so generous to show?aiksss...jealous la.Tonight i wish to eat tomyam mee la, and we buy a whole big roasted chicken at $10..so cheap.we cut it into quarter and have it for 2 days :P

My spicy tomyam instant noodles, tastes so good in Australia when everyday's menu is cheese and bacon. hahha.

Whale and draculas day 4

Day 4 we plan a Whale watching Cruise. It is only available from Sept -Nov every year.We cruise around to see rich man's bungalow along our way to ocean Pacific.
This is my 1st time cruise around Pacific Ocean!!! The wave is strong and the sea is really in dark blue. We manage to see a LOT of whales splashing in the ocean, doing some head slunt etc. But it will be better if we get closer, we are lack of luck this time in fact.
The worst thing is i vomit in the Ocean Pacific! I should have shown u the picture of my vomit in the toilet. Red and blue colour, proves that my blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are not fully digested. Urgh....
After vomiting pose. I feel weak and giddy.
On our way back, we saw a 7-11 petrol station, probably sponsored by 7-11...hehe

After the Whale watching cruise, we head to Harbour Town, where u can get all cheap sports stuff. Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Puma,etc, u can get limited edition too at prices as low as $30/ pairs of sports shoes!!! Other than that, as a tourist we get a discount card at tourist information centre.
We have our lunch here at Kebabs, not bad. But the ang moh everyday eats meat, beh sian ar?

I pose in front of Harbour town fresh market. All fruits and vegetables seem bigger than ours. ehemmm...Night time...we go the Draculas restaurant. 4pm, we eat a caesar salad, cheese again bacon again.Preparation before going...smart casual wear. :) I wear a short tube top skirt.Going in at 6pm,show started at around 730pm, enter by a ghost train.my god my god.damn excited~no camera is allowed in the castle. U can see vampires climb up the wall or gates awaiting the arrival of guests. They scared me and entertained me by magic trick.
I just love the place with great shows!!!Nice live band!!! funny jokes!!! and the most entertaining draculat hang around, ordering for meal. The meal is not bad, with 3 course dinner set.

A must go theme restaurant.End of show at 11pm+...i get "sucked" and i have a wrist band to allow me to stay up till late..but too tired le, i need to head back to my apartment.

Call off day 4...time to bed.

My 3rd day

We are here in Sea World on 20/10/08.
We visit the Peguin point, the Shark bay..we watch the adventurous 4D experience of Turtle escape, see the cute gigantic polar bear, big aquarium with live feeding show etc.
Nevertheless, we watch the big bird show and some sea lion shows. Join the kids as audiences i think i'm at the age of 10, i shout and scream out loud. Im quite enjoyed though but piow keep pulling me out and ask for some thrilling ride. Ok, fine, i know i will be so scared for all the splashing water game and high shoot ride.

I can ride the pirate ship because, im tall enough~~hehe
Here i touch the starfish and sea cucumber. They are HARD, like a rock. Oh NO, i didnt touch stingray like other visitors, i think it's dangerous! It kills, Steve Irwin. !!!These mammals, fishes and animals are so close to us.
I'm rather POOR if not i will pay more for more encounter with dolphin, shark, sealion and so on. Another additional point is, i afraid of water...
Before we leave at 5pm, Piow bought a dolphin for me since im really into a cute dolphin in the Sea World.
The night after Seaworld is not really cool. We have our great time strolling along surfer paradise, after bathing at our apartment.
Here in Surfer Paradise, u can find cheap souvenirs and NOUGATs. yes yes i bought 5 kg of nougats at about $115-120. Forgot :P and u know the koala keychain costs me $2 for 12 koalas...too cheap as compared to other place. too many competitors.
But, we are too poor to buy any LV bags, that's why i hate LV.

We intended to take dinner at HardRock but it's crowded. So, in the end we took a photo with the nice big bike and browse through the pictures, show suits hanged on the walls
We have our dinner at an Irish restaurant. I have a nice spagetti and piow have nice steak. Good night~Point to ponder: You see, one has to get a travelmate which is not pushy, not rushing and never say :" no need to see polar, it's in Singapore Zoo, no need to watch XX show, it's all about sea lion jumping around, no need to see..cause it's same in Malaysia.."

Day2 in leisure

Day 2, 18/10/2008. We woke up early to catch the free shuttle to weekend Carrara market, which opened from about 730am to 2pm.
This morning, our breakfast was "last night's left over". Haha, the unfinished Thai dishes. Warm it back in microwave, the dishes were served with coffee and potato salad from Pacific fair,woolworth market.
Here we go Carrara, the well known weekend market where u could get a lot of bargain.
Big fresh market selling fruits and vegetables with cheap prices. They sang and dance to attract customers. I bought 2 big boxes of strawberry at $5, 2 boxes of blueberry at $8. The prices are simply unbeatable...(but day after i found blueberry on sale at Woolworth supermarket there at $3.80/box.haha. It was $7+/boxes without promotion)

The lunch was great! The greek marinated lamb cutlet served with Greek salad, potato salad, Pita bread, olive and Feta cheese. This big portion was shared between us. $15, the greatest thing in Gold Coast i think is the tasty Western food.

We spent our morning at Carrara till 2pm, bought some souvenirs eg koala keychain etc. Quite expensive here as compared to Surfer paradise. Here, 12 pieces of koala sold for $3.5o but in Surfers Paradise's shops u can get this 12 pieces of koala at only $2. Even the bigger koala at $2 too.As a conclusion, don't buy souvenirs in Carrara Market. Go Surfer Paradise!!! U can find cheap souvenirs and nougats there at "Duty Free Shops", near the Hard Rock area, stroll around la~~
After that that we went for a stroll somewhere near Oasis. We dropped by an Ice Cream shops, Gelato Veneziano. We ere attracted by the signboard. Let's give it a try, without thinking of how much it cost in Malaysia ringgit. Hehe..
Not bad though, smooth and silk. hahah..too sweet i think. :) it's a combination of rum raisin + cappucino and...??
Realized that we had spent a lot in day time, we decided to buy some light breakfast for tomorrow, perhaps some breads...Okay, i bought these chocolate muffin at $2.90. reasonable and delicious.
At night when all the shops closed, basically not much places to visit. We enjoy our Sunday leisure in our apartment. I posed with my newly purchase doll, weird looking. Wakakaka~~~~
Let's go to Sea World tomorrow~~

1st Day of Trip

MY very first Australia trip to Gold Coast was a great one. 2 must bring items are Sunscreen and moisturizer....I got a cracked heel and dried face even though i did apply sunscreen...:(

I changed some Australia dollar a day before by RM2.59 for a dollar. quite cheap though.
Heading off to LCCT by 7pm as international flight check in 2 hours before the scheduled flight. My plane take off at 925pm on 17th October, 2008. It's the Air Asia X, buying cheap at RM 1000/head for 2-way ticket. Oh my, an 8 hours flight~ :) It's a bigger plane than domestic Air Asia plane and even the same meal costs dearer.DAY TIME
Reach on 18 October 2008, 730am Australia time.
I got my 2 way airport door to door transfer plus unlimited bus ride for 5 days at $72 by Surfside busline. I think it worth, it meets all flight in Gold coast and we travel around gold coast by just waving the ticket. Good for backpackers. Weather is cool and windy...with a lot of sunshine. 15-20celcius in the morning and about 11-15 at nite. Here, is 2 hours later than malaysia meaning Malaysia 6am, Australia 8am. :)
My resort is Santana resort, a fully furnised, self contained resort.anyone interested, contact me, i will book for u with special member price ;P. Personally love its kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge(sure la) and dishwasher~i can roast a chicken and bake a cake. :P Check out the bathroom, it is equiped with washing and drying machine.
Too hungry and we hang out at Oasis, the supermarket...Having our lunch at about 3pm. I ordered rice with 3 dishes at $6.30 (all meat..no choice of vege..why ar?)
Piow's Salmon is damn nice~@$9+ reasonable. I tell u what, angmoh did better french fries than us...very much...
He is tasting what are the blended fruits in this $5 fruit jumbo. Yeah it consists of apple, pineapple, watermelon, orange and celery. yummy~
WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE TO SNAP THEIR FOOD??and, i'm one of them...haha

NIGHT
We are staying in between BROADBEACH and SURFER PARADISE. Welcome~The night comes early and shops close at 6pm mostly in broadbeach area. In Surfer Paradise, we can still stroll around till 11pm.
Bus that takes us around 24H, surfside bus which has good driver and comfortable seat.
Some view of the beach. cool la, where are the bikinis...
Life guard on duty, they are really good in keeping an eye towards those swim out of the safe zone. :)DINNER
I'm really a Tomyam lover and tonight i can't sleep without a Thai food dinner. With a walking distance from my resort, we reach this award winning Chiang Mai Thai Restaurant. A lot of tourists(like us) and local people dining in.
The environment is gorgeous with different decorative monumen. We ordered banquet 1 for dinner which costs us $60++.Again, we snap our food...lol~

我又剪了新发型，那天一踏入maroon发廊，我的发型师便说：“今天我们换换发型！ ”我对他真的很放心又很有信心，当然毅然答应！

Thomas 他哈哈笑，问我有否想过留长发，说如果我一直让他理发，就没有机会留长发。因为他说我的样太适合理个性短发了。（好像我不能温柔可爱一样……讨厌）

这次我剪的短发和上次有点不同，上次脑后的发尾比较厚比较长，这次较薄，腮前还有两条尾巴。嘻嘻。我真得很满意，有型咧。工作时同事病人也称赞呢！

Again, yeong wen and i went for japanese food on friday, last few weeks. I'm really a japanese food addict.OMG.
I chose to eat less, so i gave up big plate of rice with beef/chicken, i opt for sushi set. hehe.RICE also la, I just couldn't control but i LOVE japanese rice, sweet round and big with vinegar. yummy~I ordered a set cost RM13.90.
I think it's worth for RM13 where i get 7 pieces of sushi (with sashimi), fruit, steamed egg(my favourite茶碗蒸), miso soup (太爱了）and octopus ball (this is damn nice,章鱼烧）.

not really full but satisfied. Hungry la...know what?I'm on diet now, wanna have a slimmer figure!!! Support me la.

今天标搬去北根医院宿舍。从上两个星期我已经出状况，心灵上不能说服自己接受他要离我远远。
今天晚餐没有看到他。
今天听不到讨厌的键盘声滑鼠声。
今天听不到那贱嘴巴飚高音。
今天心里少了怒气，因为不必为他废寝忘食打机而生气。（放工后不冲凉……）
今天心里少了温暖，因为少了他的温馨责备。
今天有点空虚，没有人陪我顶嘴……

大家说，咏雯说，我告诉自己说：“小别胜新婚咯~少相处少争吵多点想念。”

埋怨

最近对生活和工作有点怨言。
弟弟中医毕业了，在爸爸的药店驻诊针灸，有家人资金和精神上的支持，一切都顺顺利利。才开业两天已看了十余个病人，还以友族同胞居多，看来中以市场真的很大。我真的羡慕。
我想，为什么念中医的不是我呢？自小对医学很有兴趣，功课最好口才最好的我最后还是得对别人俯首称臣，看人眼色生活。我怀疑自己，药剂师听起来很好听，实际上只是派药的白袍工人。自己贬低自己的行业真的要不得，我懂啊，但我真的觉得政府医院外诊所（outpatient department)不是我发挥的平台。
弟弟是医师，可以诊断对病人的疗程有决定权，我看在眼里酸进骨里。
我也读书读得好勤，拚了命考进政府大学，但每天只能对医生说：“Doctor, this is from Pharmacy, I'm Toh. I'm calling regarding patient ABC, doctor u are prescribing Meloxicam 15mg tds. For your information, Mobic's max dose is 15mg/day... ”然后医生就说：“okok, just change. ”
可爱的mr.Chua,我的pharmacy department阿头，不听我的兴趣（临床药剂师clinical pharmacist)，贸贸然把我送去外诊部。现在我和另一个华人同事一直拼搏，让我们其他友族同事休息休息，因为他们很累 ……
可悲，现在我负责一大堆琐碎的杂务数据，很多很不“药剂”的工作。然后也要一直笑，说好的好的。
死对头进军外诊部，我怕……
或许我们会化偏见为敬重？路遥知马力，高傲的你，我不怕！

今天早餐时，看见慈济在回收衣服报纸等。我点了一碗面，走了过去。“原来慈济有在这回收？我还以为要去市区的总部呢！ ”一名认识我妈的安娣说：“噢，你是阿莲的女儿吗？每个月第三个星期日，八点半到十一点，我们在这回收资源。 ”
告诉她我又好多的衣物想捐赠，她好开心，由于我太饿了，所以告诉她我下个月才来。
她给了我两本《慈济世界》。
里边一句：要好好照顾自己的心，给我个当头棒喝，泪滚眼眶。
我从来没有好好照顾自己的心。
时常以别人的过错惩罚自己，心情糟糕又糟糕……
时常为了证明自己的能力，责备自己看扁自己……
时常埋怨时常不满时常苦恼……
想必我的心比一般人辛劳沉重。
从今起，我想善待我的心，好好修养德行。

志明订婚了，他说因为要申请和女友一起在彭亨工作，方便上诉所以做了这个决定。
真的有不少朋友因为在政府医院工作，被逼和男女朋友分开两地。最近，也越来越多人因为工作人手调派问题，毅然签下结婚证书。
我对婚姻有个美好的憧憬。我也不会因为工作距离而迫使自己签纸结婚。有企图有理由的婚姻有点仓促草率，若是遇人不淑，那岂不是自寻烦恼？
还好，美玲找的志明是天下公认的大好人，尽责又细心，我知道他们一定能幸福！！！
祝福他们～
但但但……同时，心里不免酸溜溜的，为什么那么快大家都建立家庭了呢？

There is a Japanese Restaurant in Kuantan that sells cheap set Lunch(opposite Berjaya megamall).I love to order this sashimi set where it contains:

steam egg, my favourite..cawanmushi
miso soup
sliced fruits

and for sure....

set of sashimi, 3 slices for each fish (personally love raw salmon, juicy, smooth and oily..yummy). And u can't believe, it has also the unagi~~(the expensive eel)
Lovely japanese rice.

Let's close up~And we have also a spoonful of ebiko on the japanese cucumber...crashes like firecrackers in my mouth.

Cinnamon Roll in Process

Derek Chong and Bangau Chong are on their position of flour mixing. Today's project--Cinnamon roll. Gagak Toh, myself responsibles to take good shot for these 2 big chef.

The ingredients are really not a big deal as we will modify a bit.

Getting serious...we have Derek Chong, 2nd chef on board. Stir and Stir.

I'm so excited to see...Actually i did help in mixing flour and stirring. Then put in frigde then under sun to let the dough expand. I need to neglect my photography job la, for sure! ^^

Bangau Wen insisted to put more cinnamon powder. As written in the recipe, only 3 spoonfuls of cinnamon powder plus some fine sugar is to be spread evenly on the dough. We pour half bottle, which equivalent to 10 spoonfuls, for tastier bite. ahahha~

Although it might not be as professional look as what we see in bakery. These are quite heart consolating, not bad la, with some mix fruits as topping.

Ya right...I have to help cleaning up this messy workplace.

P/S: unfortunately photo of sushi making and orange cheesecake making was done before i own a camera. Bangau, i repeat, when is our next task?

But my room is always in a war mode, "tic tic tac tac" mouse clicking sound + keyboard sound.
I try to play Jazz music as you recommended but sorry i don't have a hazelnut 3 in 1 coffee. I prefer tea, green tea in fact. I dim the light, oh my God, it's great...until the stupid piow starts his war game--DOTA.
I'm gonna announced here, I will not allow DOTA in my new room. Take my laptop out to the living room for the unpeaceful war, stay away my lovely bedroom.I don't want any b0mb and explosion.

My first ECG

Having dull chest pain on and off these two months has prompted me to have a ECG done at CCU hospital where i know the staff.
Today, the dull crushing left chest pain is again bothering me for 2 hours, non stop. I decided to pay a visit to the CCU. Friday i have a drawing class and i departed from home 30mins earlier.
Laying down on the bed after explaining to Intan, the staff nurse in CCU, she straight away prepares everything needed for the assessment.
"U have to take off your bras..."
Thought of wearing a bikini's type bra will save me from being taken off the bras, i'm wrong. :(
A lot of clips and some suction like things put on my chest and legs, 12 leads. Feel funny.
This is my very first ECG, showed sinus rythm normal ECG. With a extremely nice FUll blood test i got last few weeks plus this normal ECG, i can conclude that i'm almost too healthy physically. (I'm a bit sick, mentally.)

Did any professional spot some abnormalities?

I think my heart pain is merely because of STRESS these days.

Being a newly posted Fully Registered Pharmacist in the same hospital where i did my training, is stressful.

Having pegawai who calls me whenever my boyfriend (Piow) disappeared from workplace, urggh...apparently, I hate this.

Having pegawai that looks at me in the way as i killed her parents and owe her 1million.

Not having good conflict management. Wanted to voice up my disagreement and feeling but ended up faking it up by smile and "hmm..oklah" Failed to be honest to myself.

Angry when seeing people kissing other ass in front but stabbing at the back...still get doted upon. (NONE OF MY BUSINESS...OMG...)

Having travel planS which worked all by my own, stressful and tired. No response when i asked opinion (but with "dic dic tac tac" keyboard sound), i ended up with foul languages. U asked me why?
How i miss travel plans arranged and prepared by kuang kian...and im just easily follow his plan without worries.

Having tans of clothes to be ironed.

All these contribute to my chest pain.
I'm really a complain monster. A freak of complaining. NO way, life is still going on with the mouth keep on "blah~~blah~~blah".

My First Day as Pegawai

18 August 2008, finally i have made it through my PRP life, which is a blend of sweet, sour, bitter and sometimes hot (anger~~) Like what i have mentioned in my previous blog, i hope i will not get bullied anymore. C'mon, i'm also a pegawai now, not "provisional" anymore.

Today is not a perfect one.
I failed to get a place in clinical but in fact i get outpatient. (Okla, i can accept...) The worst part is my KPF is not listening to our preference... he is really a pain, he should learn communicating skill.

Secondly, i can't really stand my friends who start to satire me with "neh, ask pegawai la..." Maybe i'm not used to new position and i'm too care about how ppl look at me...:( I try i try to adjust...
I promise myself to strengthen my clinical knowledge and pharmacokinetics during my service in OutPAtient which has less burden...slowly build up my ability to assist in ward, pursue my dream!

By the time when ward pharmacy need pharmacist, i can confidently volunteer! :)
U might think i'm overconfident/ big headed...but i really have the heart and ability to do it well.

陈年旅事，普吉岛篇

2006年2月15日左右，我们一同去了普吉岛。大学放假啦~

美丽的海滩，不赖的摄影技巧，哗咔咔~

有人不见了，陈抡标躲在房里，他说，好累啊，又晒伤了……

有时疯狂的游客，的确为普吉岛带来欢乐。

我们的旅馆，服务周到，态度殷勤，友善大方。一晚才不过一人十元马币。

我们的代步工具，电车。后座乘客不必戴铁帽。连添油也别树一帜。逍遥哦~

笨猪跳，一名日本仔一边跳一边乱叫，我想我毕生不可能克服的心理障碍。

是水上活动的时候了。Water skiing,是溜水吗？我怕水，所以我今天负责拍照。

陈年旅事，曼谷篇

We went Bangkok from Butterworth Penang, by train which took more than 10 hours ride. Fun and exciting train journey, air-contitioned and clean. It costs about RM110/way.
Typicall FLOAT MARKET with commerciallized sampan ride, RM20/ride, which take 30mins.

Grand Palace...See, i'm trying to be closer to stupid piow. Yes, i'm his secret admirer that time. :P Now the yellow T-shirt become my badminton jersey. wahahah.
One corner in Grand Palace with chiew ying and Pek Lian. The buildings are grand by its gold painting.
It's a nice shot! Again i'm trying to touch u, Tan Loon Piow, stupidest dumb dumb man.

今天上完素描班，标就来载我回家，出奇得准时，好乖……因为平时在网咖流连忘返，迟迟不来接我下课，心里有点欣慰。
“标啊，其实我很想和你去喝喝茶谈谈天…… ”
“标啊，其实你真的很好，只是有点迟钝，人家已经暗示明示你很多次我喜欢那个钱包，为什么你宁愿去打机，也不去买礼物给我？明天我自己买啦~ ”
“呜～不要这样讲我啦～ ”标走下楼。
良久，他指示要我走近电脑荧幕，一份包得有点丑陋的礼物摆在眼前……好兴奋啊~~~~

“This is for u~~ ” 他说。哇赛！我第二份惊喜礼物，我用了好几个月唠叨有功~~
“给你开工用的，升职咧！以前给你开工‘利是’，现在给你升职钱包~ ”
我每个星期都留恋百盛百货公司都是为了这系列的钱包，纵使我喜欢那小的，但标说太小不实际，只好买这个较大的，我也超喜欢的~谢谢！母阿斯~~

My reaction on UiTM students' demonstration

Selangor MB Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim proposed that 10% of enrolment to Uitm should be opened to non bumiputera, with the intention of promoting positive competition and integration of races.

Thousands of Uitm students stood up to protest Tan Sri's proposal. These are reasons i read from others' blogs: sacrifice bumi's privilege, threaten the position of bumi in nation, 10% of bumi population will have no chance to study, non bumis are rich to send children oversea, it's an politics trick, don't query Bumi's absolute privilige, chinese has UTar,keep away from Uitm....etc. Even worse, some did mention if it is to be opened to other races, Bumi will "mengemis" and see others "kaya raya"...OMG. Heart ache when i read someone wrote, why MB bother to open 10% to non Bumis while he can actually think how to shut down Chinese and Tamil primary in Malaysia? What a serious racism. sigh......but still, there are some modernised Malays friends who support the suggestion with mature point of view. Bravo, brother!

As a malaysian chinese, sometimes i feel frustrated for all these issue. I have a lot of malay buddies, i love them even though they have more priviledges than me. My achievement here is what i strive for long. Unfair?Oh yeah, yes it is, but it is being stated in Perlembagaan regarding Hak Bumiputera.

A suggestion to open 10% has already created a hue and cry, i doubt the maturity of these students, frankly. To think other races as a threat is really pathetic. I feel pitiful for that. I'm no longer competing for University Quota but i always ask my brother to study hard. I have to say, "if u get a bad result, u definitely can't get what u want; if u get the best result, it can't guarantee a place in local u, but at least u have chance and offer from other countries". So sad. I think malaysian chinese have adapted and used to this situation, at least i am. It'a a matter of comparing an apple and an watermelon, non bumis vs Bumi, not debatable as we are not born as a bumiputera.

I'm not a fighter and i hate politics. But i think it's better to use time wisely, rather than having a parade/ demo...showing how childish those people. If i'm given choices, i don't really want to go Uitm and being surrounded by those anti-chinese and anti-India who they think Malaysia is all theirs.

Today is my last day in HTAA as a PRP (Provisional Registered Pharmacist). I'm going to become a "real" pharmacist, so called, FRP (Full registered Pharmacist) on Monday 18/8/08.

The best things of being FRP:
1. No need to write explanation letter for petty mistake
2. No need to report even if u wanna go toilet (i always report, once i fail as i didn't meet her, she will "interrogate" like an inspective, gosh...)
3. No need to purposely submissive nor subservient to the arrogant superior
4. No need to listen to sarcastic critisms which do harm more than good, just to put u down
5. No need to see her racist face and attitude
6. No longer get bullied because i can't kiss her ass well. (no way fawning on her...)

I feel pretty down when my works are not appreciated.
I learned to become humble and respectful to everyone, as i know it's bad to be treated the otherwise.
I do know that, i have tried my best, and i'm thankful to have a lot of supportive superior who are willing to share knowledge and teach whenever possible. :) Lucky!~

However, mom said "1 kind of rice feed different kind of people", it's right.

Piow and I, the stupidest couple posing to snap a nice photo under dim light..
We didn't order any soup for starter, instead we order escargot with pancake and garlic bread. It's nice...it's my first encounter with french snails...wahahaha....

Our salmon salad...yummy! look nice and taste gorgeously delicious!!

Our main course, I ordered an "Escalope chicken" for him. Very chessy and rich, served with noodle. I love the taste...

My part, i ordered an black pepper chicken as i think they make the best black pepper sauce ever in town. But the meat is kind of hard, it's chicken breast鸡胸 ...tired chewing~but still i enjoy the sauce. u can taste the herbs, the blends of aromas are not merely black pepper!

Our dessert. Custard with melted caramel on top of it. Taste like egg Tart, i personnally like it but piow think it's too sweet..I plan to order some crepe, i love crepe with ice cream, banana/ apple...but too full~

The birthday boy looked so innocent and happy at the candle while the restaurant was playing "Happy birthday". Blowing the candle with a wish, this 25 year-old man (still looks so young, jealous, duhh~) happily finished it with his love one :P

Finally, I paid the bill RM60.20. I think it's worth. :)

我们的聚餐

还有一个星期我就在HTAA一年期满，不知到会被调派到哪一个医院或诊所去，有点忐忑。大部分的PRP都如愿以偿，得到自己想要的州属；也有人被逼留在彭亨……
今天八月九号星期六在ERIK他们家做了个小聚会（Soon-to-be FRP Gathering,哈）。大家叫了外边的食物，一起聚餐。真感谢大家的用心，至少我觉得这次聚会很愉快。
Christine 为男友Jude 提早庆祝生日，八月十三日，凑巧和标同一天生日，她静悄悄的准备了个芝士蛋糕，很有心思。他们其实蛮像，都爱芝士都爱打机。
我想我会想念大家，可以一起工作是种缘分，其中的酸甜苦辣起起落落是生活的点缀。即使大家分开后，我不会忘记……糊涂固执的阿发，爱唱歌幽默又醒目的伟廉，瘦瘦聪明又会拿假的倩雯，老实勤劳的志民，可爱爱笑又很高大的Christine，神神经经的Angeline……
所以我说，祝大家前程似锦，友谊永固。

很放松，meditation 其实真的很好，尤其对我这种暴躁的人。

今天看了Oprah show 后，又看《溏心风暴》，Alfred 和常在心因为第三者（臭蒙嘉慧！）吵架，流了一百毫升的眼泪。好舒畅……

Le Parisien 是雯带我去的关丹唯一一间法国餐厅，地点真得有点偏僻，不过价钱真得很公道，而且很消闲，服务也很好。

今晚，素描班后我们二人世界的去“喝茶 ”。我们点了两道开胃汤和两道甜品。雯点了asparagus soup ；而我就因为伤风，点了onion soup。

甜品呢，我们就叫了个crepe Normande(就像个苹果派加雪糕) 和 profitevalle(<--- 不懂写对吗~嘻,是个自家做得泡芙puff夹雪糕，淋上香浓的巧克力浆）做得真得很用心很美很好吃，但手机的摄影功能很烂，拍得不美，可惜。

下次要再光顾，试试雯说的Escalope chicken,duck fillet 和其他的甜品。唔，标生日时为他准备准备······ Crepe Normande 的食谱

健康检查

星期四得抽血检验身体，星期三开始发神经般发抖发噩梦。我是天生怕血，想象那可怕的针头扎入我那薄薄的皮肤，穿过静脉，贪婪地吸饮我的鲜血，我已全身僵硬！
当天，熟练的老护士，在众目睽睽下吸了我十毫升的血，不消五秒。眼泪不听使唤，吊钢丝般悬在眼角边，打滚打滚，我兴奋地叫到"Pandainya saya~~ '' 走火入魔啊~~
今天，护士拍了我三张成绩单。战战兢兢。哇赛，全科及格咧~~连总胆固醇也在一年里从高边缘降至漂亮水平，3.7 --> 3.1 ~~
如何控制胆固醇？我吃了一阵子鱼油（不是鱼肝油），一天5-6粒，现在改去吃Lecithin, 一天3-5粒。一个星期运动至少三天，至少30分钟。少吃油腻煎炸的东西。简单？很简单。希望大家加油，为健康出出力！

肯逸湖Tasik Kenyir

为了转乘肯逸湖旅巴，我和标搭公车到丁加奴车站，和大学同学会合。战战兢兢的下了巴士，我们找个比较舒服的角落休息，早上五时确实有点“冰冻 ”。几十双眼睛盯着我们看，毕竟我们是少有的两名黄皮肤的华人。他们不甚友善的眼神，真的让我不愿多待几分钟。
自多年前来丁加奴参加星洲学海学记营，已有大概八年没踏足这里，但一下巴士就被几个蹲坐路旁的巫裔黄毛小飞问候 “orang cina datang terengganu buat ape, xxx ”，让我对他没舍好感。

无论如何，Kelah Sanctuary 和吉罗鱼（Ikan Kelah)玩，真的好爽啊~~(video is too big)

肯逸湖风光明媚，这里宁静没有城市的喧哗，来度假轻松轻松倒不错。一个人RM300+绝对是经济又实惠。

巴厘岛是个佛教岛，人民貌似大马回教徒，但最爱吃烤猪。奈何，无论烤猪名声有多响亮，还不及我家附近的烧肉饭，吃下去口齿参杂的是一股腥味。真的不敢恭维。

左图的烤猪饭（内附内脏一坨），大概需马币4-5 零吉，有味精汤一碗。不贵。但不好吃

不过有一顿道地的印尼餐(Padi Prada)还真不错，吃了几万印尼盾，哇哈哈~

另一晚我们随导游到城市边界的一家“经济印尼餐 ”吃道地Padang菜，阿春和光权点的墨鱼，真的很黑。。。

逍遥游 East Coast Mall

快乐畅行East coast mall，今天和咏雯有个愉快的星期六。在Black Canyon 喝咖啡，我点了个有点酒味的Jamaican Blast （有Rum syrup 味，就像我喜欢的Baskin Robin 雪糕的Rum Raisin); 咏雯点了Black mocha。很赞哦，逍遥又自在，该多些出来逛。
今天也买了三件衣服一个腰带一个发夹和给标标的领带。很爽。
MNG 腰带破天荒只售RM9, 我的发夹也要RM3.90,其余三件（MNG&SEED) 是七十巴仙折扣下买的，很“底”~哈哈。
我爱购物，促进经济发展啊~~XD

我爱厨房

今天我尝试煮了个新菜式给家人吃。我是个新手，煮菜不超过二十次。今天这一道猪肉炒得大家叫好，好兴奋咧~来分享分享。
材料：花肉半斤，姜十片，葱两棵，灯笼椒（红和青各一个）
调味：麻油，胡椒粉，酱清，黑酱油，糖，盐，花雕酒，蜀粉，豆瓣酱
1。我先把花肉用胡椒，麻油，少许盐和酱清腌制。
2。热锅，下两汤匙油，待滚。
3。准备一碗酱汁：蜀粉1小茶匙、麻油、酱清、黑酱油少许，胡椒粉，糖，盐
4。放下猪肉兜炒，让猪油渗出。下姜和灯笼椒兜炒片刻。
5。下一汤匙豆瓣酱，炒匀。下葱（切段）炒，加入一汤匙花雕酒和3酱汁。
6。小炒一会儿，即上锅。

原来我也蛮有天分哦~相片有点模糊咧。

建立部落的冲动

一直以来都有写网志的习惯，上载的不外是对生活的不满、工作的投诉、爱情的烦恼。满脑子怨气、满嘴里投诉，搞得心情很多时候低落得很。
这建立部落的冲动是因为咏雯，我最好的姐妹。她的当头棒喝来得很合时。与其埋怨生活苦闷，为什么不去发掘那微小的感动？有时候小小的一件事，可以变得有趣，如果你愿意细心摸索。拼命钻牛角尖只会把烦恼放大，而忽略了那难得的美好。生活无限好，枉费青春执著，好笨好笨。
不要因为他人而让自己感觉糟糕。
